General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Venoa

§1 Validity and definitions

(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and consumers in the version valid at the time of the order.
(2) A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code).

§2 Conclusion of contract and storage of the contract text

(1) The presentation of our products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order.
(2) By completing the order process, the consumer makes a binding offer.

  • Selection of the desired products

  • Click on “Add to cart”

  • Checking the shopping cart

  • Click on “Checkout”

  • Enter your personal details and select your payment method

  • Confirmation of information

  • Click on “Order with payment”

(5) Receipt of the order will be confirmed immediately by email. This confirmation constitutes the conclusion of the purchase contract.
(6) The General Terms and Conditions can be viewed at any time at https://www.venoaperfum.de/pages/agb can be viewed. For security reasons, order data is not permanently stored online.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment

(1) All prices include statutory VAT.
(2) Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.
(3) Payment methods: PayPal, Klarna, credit card, Sofortüberweisung (depending on the options activated in the shop).
(4) The purchase price is due immediately.

§4 Delivery

(1) Delivery is exclusively within Germany with DHL.
(2) Delivery time: 2-4 working days after receipt of payment.
(3) The risk of accidental loss shall pass to the consumer upon delivery.

§5 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

§6 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal according to Section 312g of the German Civil Code (BGB).
