Right of withdrawal for consumers
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code).

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be 30 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the sample cancellation form below, although this is not mandatory.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs that arise if you have chosen a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 30 days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the deadline.
Important NOTE:
Returns are only possible for unopened and unused perfumes. Already opened products are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons (Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 3 of the German Civil Code).
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
