For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of our Venoa fragrances once the seal has been opened .
This way, we ensure that all customers receive only new and unused products .
Your return – how it works
If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you have the option of returning it to us within 30 days of receipt .

Please note:

The buyer bears the return costs.

Every return is inspected – products with signs of wear, damage, or removed seals are excluded from return.
