Hygiene notice

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of our Venoa fragrances once the seal has been opened .
This way, we ensure that all customers receive only new and unused products .


Your return – how it works

If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you have the option of returning it to us within 30 days of receipt .

Please note:

  • The buyer bears the return costs.

  • Every return is inspected – products with signs of wear, damage, or removed seals are excluded from return.


What you need to include in the return form:

  1. Your email address

  2. Your order number

📝 We would be happy if you also told us the reason for your return – this will help us to continuously improve our products and service.


Received a defective product or wrong item?

If you have received a damaged product or something is missing, please send us an email in advance to:

  2. The reason for the complaint (in case of defect please attach a photo )

  3. Whether you want an exchange or a refund
